The Platform also allows Third Party Application Developers to develop Third Party Applications for use on the Platform. This privacy policy refers to Talent Networks created on the Platform as “Networks” and refers to Users who create Networks as “Recruiters.” Users who join a Network are “Members” of that Network. Recruiters are also considered Members of the Networks they create.

In order to use the Talent Network, both Recruiters and Members must register for account credentials. When you register for account credentials, you elect to share certain personal identifying information (called “PII”). PII may include your name, email address, and a password that you create.
