Thank you for registering with TALENTCIRCLES.
TALENTCIRCLES allows for individuals, leagues, teams, and groups the ability to create pages that highlight their talents, sports, participants, members and more. TALENTCIRCLES can be used in many ways; Talent resume, networking with others who share the same interest, communicating with members and participants of your league, team or group, highlight your talents with pictures and videos and much more. TALENTCIRCLES collects information that is used to create your TALENTCIRCLES profile. TALENTCIRCLES offers different privacy options to protect the information you provide for your personal TALENTCIRCLES. Please view our default privacy options to set your TALENT CIRCLE to the setting you would like to have.
This privacy policy governs your use of the TALENTCIRCLES software, the TALENTCIRCLES service, the TALENTCIRCLES websites and all other software, features, tools, websites, and services offered by or through TALENTCIRCLES ("TALENTCIRCLES Products") from TALENTCIRCLES LLC and its business divisions.
When you register with TALENTCIRCLES, and use TALENTCIRCLES Products, you provide TALENTCIRCLES with personally identifiable information (your "TALENTCIRCLES information"). This Policy explains the information practices that apply to your TALENTCIRCLES information. TALENTCIRCLES AGE POLICY
TALENTCIRCLES suggest and recommend that all minors between the ages of 13 and 18 seek permission from their parents and/or legal guardians before registering with TALENTCIRCLES. TALENTCIRCLES is a networking site where personal information can be share with others as well as sent to other members of TALENTCIRCLES. Before a minor between the ages of 13 and 18 share and send their information over the Internet they should also seek permission from their parent and/or legal guardian.
TALENTCIRCLES asks that minors under the age of 13 NOT to register with TALENTCIRLCES.com. TALENTCIRCLES does not have any intent to collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If and when TALENTCIRCLES learns that a minor under the age of 13 has registered with TALENTCIRCLES all of their information will be deleted and erased as soon as possible. TALENTCIRCLES understands that some minors may receive parental/legal guardian consent to register with TALENTCIRCLES but we would like to emphasis that we strongly suggest and wish that no one under the age of 13 register with TALENTCIRCLES.
TALENTCIRCLES will be used for league, team and group pages. Any league, team or group that registers should be aware of the ages of their participants and members. TALENTCIRCLES recommends that participants and members of your respective league, team and/or group be aware of your use of TALENTCIRCLES to promote your league, team and/or group as well as your communication with them via TALENTCIRCLES. IF your league, team, or group has participants or members that are under 18 years of age we recommend that parents of your league, team or group register with their information to receive any communication you send regarding your league.
Collection of Your TALENTCIRCLES Information
Your TALENTCIRCLES information consists of personally identifiable information collected or received about you when you register to use TALENTCIRCLES or log in to TALENTCIRCLES as a registered user and interact with TALENTCIRCLES Products as well as other TALENTCIRCLES members. Depending on how you use TALENTCIRCLES, your TALENTCIRCLES information may include registration-related information (such as name, e-mail addresses, telephone and fax numbers, birth date or gender); information about your visits to TALENTCIRCLES or TALENTCIRCLES Web sites and pages, and your responses to the offerings and advertisements presented on these sites and pages; information about the features or offerings from TALENTCIRCLES that you use, and how frequently you use them); and other information specifically related to your use of a particular TALENTCIRCLES feature or offering. When you register with TALENTCIRCLES and use TALENTCIRCLES Products, your TALENTCIRCLES information may be collected and stored in the United States by TALENTCIRCLES LLC as the operator of TALENTCIRCLES as well as a THIRD PARTY host server.
How Your TALENTCIRCLES Information Is Used
Your TALENTCIRCLES information is used to operate and improve the features, offerings and content presented to you by TALENTCIRCLES; to personalize the content and advertisements provided to you. By becoming a member of TALENTCIRCLES you create a profile “CIRCLE” that will highlight your talent. Any information you provide for your CIRCLE will be included in your profile as well as the other tabs connected to your page; shoutbox, calendar, statbox, videos, pictures, circles, etc. Your Circle will be viewed by anyone in your network also called your “circle of friends”.
Any information on your profile will have been placed there by information you provide and/or edit when you are signed in to TALENTCIRCLES. PLEASE understand that you have access to privacy settings for your profile. You can decide who is allowed to view your page and information. Other members will have the ability to search for members on TALENTCIRCLES.
TALENTCIRCLES provides advertisements and promotions on our website. In order to provide you with relevant advertising and promotions TALENTCIRCLES may use your information to determine what you do receive.
TALENTCIRCLES will send shouts, messages and request all new members to be a friend of our profile page, “CIRCLE”. Any messages or shouts that we send will be relevant to your talent and interests. Again these pieces of communication will be based on the information you provide for your profile. Please contact us if you do not want to receive these messages or shouts.
TALENTCIRCLES does not read your private online communications when you use any of the communication tools offered as TALENTCIRCLES Products. If, however, you use these tools to disclose information about yourself publicly (for example, in chat rooms or online message boards made available by TALENTCIRCLES), other online users may obtain access to any information you provide.
Your TALENTCIRCLES information, including the contents of your online communications, may be accessed and disclosed in response to legal process (for example, a court order, search warrant or subpoena), or in other circumstances in which TALENTCIRCLES has a good faith belief that TALENTCIRCLES are being used for unlawful purposes.
